Frequently asked questions
Including the ones about accuracy and guarantees most companies would rather leave out.
What does Seenora actually do?
Every cycle, we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude the kind of question your customers would actually type — “best divorce lawyer near me,” not your business name — and track whether you get recommended. If you don't, we tell you exactly what's missing so you can fix it.
Is the free check really free?
Yes — no card, no obligation. Enter your business name, website, and email, and we'll run a short check and email you the result. If you want ongoing tracking after that, our paid plans are there, but the free check stands on its own either way.
Which AI tools do you check?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude — the three major AI assistants with real, verifiable citations. Google's AI Overviews doesn't have a reliable public way to check yet, so we've left it out rather than fake it.
How is this different from SEO or my Google ranking?
Related, but not the same thing. Traditional SEO gets you found in a list of links; this is about whether an AI assistant actively recommends you by name when someone asks it a question — a different, and growing, part of how people find local businesses. You can rank well on Google and still never get mentioned by ChatGPT.
How accurate is the score?
Think of it as a trend indicator, not a precise ranking. AI answers aren't deterministic — the same question can get a slightly different answer twice in a row, and a score can shift for reasons that have nothing to do with your site, like a model update or a competitor's new press mention. What matters is the direction over time, which is why ongoing tracking is worth more than a single snapshot.
Can you guarantee we'll be recommended by AI?
No, and we wouldn't trust anyone who says yes. AI search is still young and fast-moving, and citation depends on more than any one business fully controls. What we can do is tell you specifically what's missing — an outdated bio, no page answering the actual question, missing schema — and track whether fixing it moves the needle.
What happens if we're not cited?
That's normal on a first check — most businesses aren't, since almost nobody's been optimizing for this yet. Your report tells you specifically why: what got cited instead, and what's missing from your own site that would change that. Our tracking plans check whether fixes actually work over time; the top plan goes a step further and we make the fixes ourselves.
Do I need to do anything technical on my end?
No — we run the checks, do the analysis, and send you the report. If you're on a paid plan with Google Analytics connected, we can pull in extra referral data automatically, but that's optional, not required to get started.
Will you spam me or sell my information?
No. Your info is used to send you your results and, if you want it, occasional updates about the service — that's it. Unsubscribe anytime, no hard feelings.
Why is it called Seenora?
We wanted something in the Taggora family — a real word bent into a name, not a .ai mad-lib. We ran through a solid list of clean, on-theme names in that same style. Every single one was already taken.
Then we tried “Citagora” — cite + agora, a nice nod to the actual mechanic. Said it out loud once and realized everyone would read “Cita-” as “SEE-tuh,” never as “cite.” A clever name nobody pronounces right isn't clever, it's just wrong.
“Seenora” was sitting right there the whole time — you read it correctly on the first try, and “get seen by AI” doesn't need a glossary the way “citation” does. Boring and obvious beat clever, which is basically the whole pitch of the product too.
